Portland Day-of Coordination
Our Day-of Coordination package lets Pacific Northwest couples who have managed the planning remain hands-on while handing off logistics on the wedding day so they can focus on being present. We schedule planning meetings in advance, share guidance and ideas, and track every detail so you can be fully present on your day. Friends and family can join the Oregon & Washington celebration without extra stress. You have handled the planning work; we handle execution on the day.

10 Onsite Hours
Includes decor setup, vendor and timeline management, executing your vision to the best of our abilities!

Timeline Creation
We will create the timeline together so everyone knows where to be and when. If it’s on the timeline, we will make sure it happens!

Decor Setup
After discussing your vision for the big day, we will make sure everything is just how you want it. From centerpieces to the guestbook, we will place it just so.

3 - 6 Planning Meetings
Three preparation calls start two months before the big day. We will create your timeline and go over all the decor details. Three additional calls for whenever you want from when you book until the big day!

Rehearsal Coordination
90-minute rehearsal/venue walkthrough. We will create the ceremony flow together so it’s exactly how you want it. We’ll verify the floorplan and key details!

Events within 10 miles of the planner’s home are included, after that it is $1/mile.
The overnight fee of $200 only applies to venues that are 90+ miles away from the planner’s home.

All Day-Of packages include up to 10 hours on-site coordination, timeline creation, rehearsal coordination, vendor confirmations, planning meetings, emergency kit, and unlimited emails.
