Still wondering if this is the right fit for you?
We get it.
You’re already making a lot of big financial decisions right now. It can feel indulgent to spend more on a "retreat."But here is the truth: Most brides spend more time managing their wedding than enjoying the planning season.
If you feel like you're constantly "stressed about getting it all done," this is for you.
THIS IS THE RIGHT MOVE IF:
You’re "Wedding-ed Out": You love your friends and family, but you can tell they’re tired of hearing about guest lists and flower types. Here, you're surrounded by people who want to hear every detail.
You need to actually get things done: This isn't just about sitting around. Whether you have every vendor booked or haven't even started, you’ll have 48 hours of face-time with pros to cross things off your list.
You’re losing the "joy" part: If planning has turned into a second job you didn't ask for, you need this retreat.
THE ACTUAL VALUE OF THIS WEEKEND
Think of this as 48 hours of open-access consulting. Instead of endless back-and-forth emails over months, you get your questions answered by trusted wedding professionals in a single weekend. You get the makeup trial advice, the vow-writing help, and the styling clarity all in one place.
You have access to Kaila and Kate all weekend long to bounce ideas off, consult for advice or even just to show off what you have planned.
You’ll leave Highland Farms with more than just a relaxed mind—you’ll leave with a plan.
THE DETAILS

There are only 5 spots left. We keep it small so we can actually focus on your wedding, not just weddings in general.
FAQs
-
Because this retreat has extremely limited capacity, all bookings are non-refundable. Your ticket reserves your room, meals, and vendor experiences for the weekend, and we begin preparing for your stay as soon as you register.
If you can no longer attend, your spot may be transferred to another bride (pending approval from Rose & Fern Events). We’re happy to help facilitate a name change if possible.
In the unlikely event that the retreat itself must be canceled, all payments will be fully refunded.
-
Our in-house chef, Nadiya from Garlic Bloom, will happily accommodate most dietary needs with advance notice. You’ll have a chance to list any allergies or restrictions when you register, and the weekend menu will include thoughtful options for vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free guests (as long as know ahead of time!). If you have more complex requirements, we’ll work with you directly to ensure every meal still feels indulgent and inclusive.
-
Absolutely. The retreat is designed to be a solo retreat and our goal is to create genuine connection and community. Whether you arrive with a friend or on your own, you’ll be warmly welcomed and quickly find yourself among kindred spirits.
-
If you’re craving space to breathe in the midst of wedding planning, to feel grounded, creative, and inspired again, this retreat was made for you. It’s for brides who want more than checklists: who want meaning, calm, and connection woven into their planning process.
-
Registration remains open until all rooms are reserved. With only eight spots, we expect to fill quickly. If the retreat sells out, we’ll open a waitlist and notify you if a spot becomes available.
-
We aim to make the weekend as comfortable as possible. The Forest King Room is our most accessible option, located on the main level with easier access and an open layout. Common areas used for workshops and meals are on the ground level, and we can provide seating options for all sessions. The property is in Brightwood near Mt. Hood, so some outdoor paths may be uneven. If you have specific mobility, sensory, or accommodation needs, tell us at registration or email us directly—we’ll confirm what’s feasible and reserve the best room for you.
