Talia + Taylor at Maple Leaf Events

Talia and Taylor’s wedding at Maple Leaf Events Venue was a perfect reminder that a little flexibility goes a long way. We were all hoping for that classic sunny fall day, but the weather had other plans. Thankfully, we were able to pivot to an indoor ceremony, and it turned out to be just as beautiful. The rich fall colors paired with Talia’s palette were absolutely stunning and made the space feel warm and intentional.

They added so many fun, personal touches throughout the day. During cocktail hour, guests worked on a custom crossword puzzle filled with clues about their relationship, which was such a creative way to get everyone involved. And if you know us, you know we love a good pet detail. Their cats were featured everywhere, with little black cat accents scattered across the tables and even on the cake.

Even with a weather shift and lots of moving parts, the day flowed smoothly with the help of day-of coordination, making sure everything stayed on track and stress free. Talia and Taylor embraced every moment, and the result was a cozy, colorful, and genuinely fun celebration.
