River + Jennifer at Skamania Lodge

There is nothing like a summer wedding in the Columbia River Gorge, and River and Jennifer’s day at Skamania Lodge was everything we love about this venue. Blue skies, sweeping views, and that warm Gorge breeze set the tone for a celebration that felt relaxed and full of joy from the start.

They packed the day with personal touches, especially their shared love of board games, which showed up in the details throughout the reception. The wedding cake was topped with images of their cats, which guests absolutely adored. River wore the coolest bridal pants suit, and it suited her perfectly. It felt modern, confident, and completely her.

The party moved to the Riverside Pavilion, where everyone hit the dance floor and did not hold back. They even did a double bouquet toss, which doubled the chaos in the best possible way. With so many playful details and moving pieces, day-of coordination helped keep the timeline smooth so River and Jennifer could just have fun with their people.
